A Gin and Tonic with a Herby Twist

Ingredients:

  • Willow Tree Gin

  • Fever Tree Tonic

  • Lemon and Lime Peel

  • Herb Salt

  • Ice

Method:

  1. Start by adding the ice to your chosen glass.

  2. Add 1 part Willow Tree Gin over the ice.

  3. Top off by adding 3 parts Fever Tree Tonic.

  4. Rub the rim of the glass with the herb salt.

  5. Finish by adding your lemon and lime peel as a garnish.

  6. Sip and Enjoy!
